We start our Slow Smoked Meats at approximately 10 PM the night before so they have a deep smoke and a nice bark on them. Each individual roast stay in the smoker until needed some smoke for up to 16 hours. Our techniques prevent them from drying out giving You a high quality smoked juicy delicious sandwich.
